Yellow Bird cottage has a master bedroom with a king size bed as well as a small bedroom with three twin beds and a baby crib. There is a vanity/ sink in the master, one full bath downstairs and an outdoor shower. Spend your days lounging on the white sand beach just meters away, or exploring the town settlement; its shops, restaurants and museums.Cook a gorgeous meal in the fully equipped kitchen or grill out on the back porch while the family lounges in the screened in porch.Lay in bed at night and listen to the waves crash on the beach over the dunes.We can't wait to share our home with you!

Property and Cancelation Policies :
o Up to 50% of the reservation total if the cancellation has been done up to 30 calendar days prior to the starting date of accommodation
o Up to 100% of the reservation total if the cancellation has been done less than 30 calendar days prior to the starting date of accommodation
The date of the receipt of the cancellation notice in writing shall be the basis for the settlement of the stated cancellation charges. Exceptionally, should a cancellation of the booking be done owing to the Act of God, i.e. objective serious reasons stated and proven by Client (death in the near family, serious sudden health condition, a serious accident, hurricane, etc.), the Company may allow the Client to use the already paid amount as a pre-payment for the next booking within an one year period.
The situations when the Client does not come for the check-in (non-show-up case),or when the Client leaves the property prior to the contracted check-out time(early- abandon case) – in all such cases the 100% cancellation fee applies and Client does not have a right for any refund.
Terms and Conditions
To confirm the reservation, a 20% non-refundable deposit will be charged to the credit card on file.
The remaining 80% of the reservation total will be charged to the card on file 45 days from the start of the reservation.
Reservations made within 45 days of the start of the reservation date will be charged 100% of the reservation total.
This is a NON-SMOKING property, although smoking outside is permitted under the strict condition that any litter and ash is properly discarded. Additional cleaning charges will be applied if these rules are not strictly respected.
GAS GRILL – A gas grill is provided and normal safety precautions apply. There is a fire extinguisher located nearby and guests are asked to never leave the grill unattended while in use.
PROPERTY DAMAGE - The Client will pay the full cost of either repair, reconstruction, or replacement of the property at the cost determined by Elbow Reef and will be charged to the card on file.
